The Sinus Lift Augmentation has been considered a very predictable treatment in the most recent literature. However many complications derived from different factors may be developed by not understanding the biology that surrounds the maxillary sinus.
The maxillary sinus knowledge will allow us to understand its behavior as well as will let us make the appropriate decision making process and select our patients before, during and after performing the augmentation procedure.
