WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THIS MASTERCLASS

In this video I will show you the easy way to place an implant immediately after an extraction using residual palatal bone and avoiding drifting into the socket while performing your osteotomy.

Even on hard bone and without the help of guided surgery this is the most tedious moment of all the surgery specially because you are traying to focus on achieving the right prosthetic postition but at the same time you need to make sure your implant is properly inserted into native bone well enough to provide proper primary stability.

By using this technique you will predictably place your implants in the esthetic zone as long as you have a minimum palatal residual bone.

If you find the sockt imposible to drill because of the absence of bone check the previous Masterclass where I will show you many ways to place you immediate implant even in the most difficult scenarios.
