In this Case Presentation we will focus our treatment on 3 basic steps:
1-. 3D analysis: CBCT is mandatory to analyze the defect, classify it, understand the anatomy, visualize important structures and avoid damaging.
It will allow us to make our clinical decision according to the situation.
2-. Blood supply: We must understand the blood supply of the areas to treat surgically In order to avoid compromise it, key factor for optimal results.
3-. Clinical management: Hard and Soft tissues respond differently so we should understand the biology that involves them in order to understand their behavior.
A-. Regeneration process: The stability of our graft is essential for predictable outcome and stability at long term. We will learn an important technique to stabilize our graft.
B-. Connective tissue graft to increase the thickness of ducal flap is mandatory at the aesthetic zone. We will learn how to harvest and stabilize it.
C-. Tension free and primary closure are very important to finish correctly our regeneration. You will learn how to do it properly.
