The system allows the extraction of deep root fragments without the need for invasive osteotomies, which not only saves surgical time but also reduces complications. In molars, it can be used after sectioning the roots, allowing for controlled extractions separately, preserving the interradicular septa and facilitating the subsequent anchorage of the implant.
